A certified life skills and image consultant, Erica de Souza brings years of impression management and transformational insights. Having spent 8 years in the hospitality industry, she has been associated with leading brands such as the Taj Group of Hotels, Hyatt hotels, the Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco and MARS hospitality. She served as faculty for the Rizvi College of Hotel Management where she trained aspiring hospitality managers in life skills required for the service industry and is a certified Hospitality Trainer.
Erica is currently empanelled with HDFC Mutual Funds as a corporate trainer. Her clientele include YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), Premier Ltd., Fountainhead Marketing, Shen Reflexology, Spenta Digital. She has also worked with reputed educational institutes such as the College of Engineering, Pune and NMIMS college, Mumbai. Her past assignments include Out of the Blue Restaurants, Taj hotels and the MARS group. She also works with select individual clientele for their image requirements on a one-on-one basis. She has partnered with NGOs such as Aapne Aap Womens’ Collective and the Vinod & Saryu Doshi Foundation.
Erica spent five years as Executive Assistant, Chairman’s Office, Premier Ltd. (Formerly Premier Automobiles Ltd.) and as the Head - Corporate Communication and Training. She has also played a management role with the Young Presidents' Organization shaping several peer to peer events and education content. Apart from her work in image and life skill consulting, she also serves as the Director for the Vinod & Saryu Doshi Foundation, a public charity trust that supports initiatives in the fields of Art & Culture, Education and Community.
