I am a yoga teacher from 25 years and have given services in schools and colleges. Specially for ladies, like conducting camps which includes general simple basic yoga classes for physical and mental health to heal the body and mind by simple chanting, asanas, pranayama, omkar uapasana, acupressure with relaxing techniques, massage, self analysis, to be close to self and best for self, to be strong, stable, healthy and happy (to lead a happy and healthy life)
