1. About Dronalaya

1.1 What is Dronalaya?

Dronalaya is an online platform designed to connect Knowledge Seekers with Knowledge Providers, no matter how far away the two are. It provides a flexibility to both to search for the topics that they may want to learn or teach at a convenient time, place, price and in particular language.

1.2 Are there any Registration Fees?

No, we do not believe in charging any registration fees. For Knowledge Seekers, we do not believe in levying any charges apart from the fees which the Knowledge Providers would have set for the sessions. We absorb all the financial charges of the payment gateway. For the Knowledge Pro, we retain a flat 20% platform usage fees from what is charged by her / him to the Knowledge Seekers and the balance would be transferred to her / him.

1.3 Are there any Minimum Charges for the Course?

Yes. There are some minimum charges for each session type whether they are Single, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and Special Sessions. However, the minimum is as low as Rs. 250 or USD 10 to ensure that the cost of learning for Seekers is not very high. For the Knowledge Providers, this will ensure that they get a fair value for their ability to impart knowledge.

1.4 How is Dronalaya different?

Dronalaya does not force you to go through a set of pre-recorded or pre-defined courses but offers unique interactive features that allow real time communication between Knowledge Seekers and Providers. You can talk to your Pro before you book a session, ask questions during a session and learn with the help of white board and other tools like screen share, all this in real-time, live environment. You can also opt out of a session if it does not match your expectation and get your refund (as per the refund policy)

1.5 How many hours do I need to commit if I sign up as Knowledge Pro on Dronalaya?

As a Dronalaya Knowledge Pro, you do not have to commit to a fixed number of hours. You work at your own convenience, which means you can conduct 1 workshop per a week or 10 workshops per week. You can, even, switch the number of workshops based on your availability and convenience. However, we do recommend setting up ‘Talk to Me’ timing slot, so that potential Knowledge Seekers can chat with you – ask questions about your workshop, resolve any issues and setup convenient class schedules.

1.6 Why should I mention who referred me to Dronalaya when I register?

At Dronalaya, we firmly believe that the person who has referred you to us should benefit for having participated in helping you Grow your Skills or improving your earning potential. Hence, we will be using the ‘Referred by’ details to ensure that the benefits arising out of your learning or earning, as and when declared, will be transferred to them. However, this will have no impact on you financially or otherwise.

1.7 Are all the Knowledge Providers (Knowledge Pro) professionals / academically qualified?

No. The uniqueness of Dronalaya lies in the belief that everyone can be a Knowledge Seeker in some area and a Knowledge Provider in an area of acquired expertise. Hence, the knowledge providers listed on the site could range from academicians to professionals to housewife and even people having skills to impart expertise to others. Even students in professional colleges or in higher standards having an ability to teach can use this platform to impart knowledge. Even Senior Citizens who have retired from their normal professional life are welcome to share their expertise on this platform. However, to ensure quality, we take utmost care to scrutinize before approving someone as Knowledge Providers. We also urge the Knowledge Seekers to do a proper check using the ‘Talk to Me’ facility as wells by reviewing the profile of the Pro before booking the session.

2. General

2.1 I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ link on Login page. Use the OTP sent to your mobile / email. Enter new password and click submit. You can now enter the new password.

2.2 Can I change my password?

Yes. First, login using your current password. Click on ‘Change Password’ link under User Name menu on the top right-hand side. Use the OTP sent to your mobile / email. Enter new password and submit. You can now login using the new password.

2.3 Why do you ask to know my location for registering?

To help you with registration, we try to pre-populate your address in contact details. However, in case you are not registering from your home or would want to provide any other contact address, you may block the location tracking.

2.4 Can I change my profile details after registration?

Yes. In fact, we would suggest that you add your Profile Picture and additional details after login. For this, please go to ‘My Profile’ link under User Name on the upper right-hand side. Current profile details are displayed on screen. Make changes as desired and Submit form.

2.5 What is the security provided for my personal information shared with Dronalaya?

The data shared with Dronalaya is kept very secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

2.6 Can I create multiple accounts on Dronalaya?

You will be able to create more than one accounts on Dronalaya provided you use different mobile number, email id and username for each account. Dronalaya does not accept duplicate entries in these fields.

2.7 I am not allowed to use my first name as username. Shows message ‘Username already registered with Dronalaya’.

This is because there is already a user with same name who has already registered. Please try adding your surname or initial to your name and you will get the access.

2.8 I am not able to use my mobile number for registration. Shows message ‘Mobile number is blank or already registered with Dronalaya’.

This is because someone may have already registered with this mobile number earlier. It is unlikely that anyone else can use your number as all secure OTP and other details are regularly mailed to this mobile number. Please try to login with your email id and if you do not remember your password, use Forgot Password link to reset it.

2.9 I am not able to use my email id for registration. Shows message ‘Email already registered with Dronalaya’.

This is because someone may have already registered with this mail id earlier. It is unlikely that anyone else can use your mail id as all secure OTP and other details are regularly mailed to this email address. Please use this email id to login and if you do not remember your password, use Forgot Password link to reset it.

2.10 The address details populated in my contact details are incorrect.

If you have allowed tracking your location while registering, we try to pre-populate your address in contact details. However, based on your IP and router settings, it might happen that the address may be incorrect. In such case, you will be able to edit the data to enter correct details.

2.11 I cannot find my country/state/city listed.

Click on the ‘Add Details’ button in Contact Details section and fill the country/state/city that you wish to be added to the list. Our Customer Support team will make the necessary addition. Meanwhile, you need not wait until then for registering. Fill in the closest location and you can edit your profile after registration.

2.12 Why should I provide my time zone while registering?

Knowing your time zone will help us compare the session timings of Knowledge Providers who are in other time zones. When you view any course detail whose Knowledge Pro is from other time zone, our system will display the session time as per Knowledge Pro along with the corresponding time for that session as per your time zone.

2.13 Is it necessary to provide my education details?

No. Providing your education details is optional. However, if you are registering as Knowledge Pro, this detail will help completing mandatory fields on your ‘Work Profile’ page at a later stage.

2.14 Is it necessary to provide my ‘Profile Link’ details?

Providing your profile link details is optional. This is to help anyone searching for your details get more information about you.

2.15 I cannot find my preferred language in the list.

Click on the Add More button in this section and submit the language that you wish to be added to the list. Our Customer Support team will make the necessary addition. Meanwhile, you need not wait until then for registering. Fill in any other existing language that you know and you can edit your profile after registration.

2.16 The name I entered under ‘Who referred you to Dronalaya?‘ shows message ‘User name / id is not available with Dronalaya’.

Please make sure that you are entering the user name of your reference as registered with Dronalaya and not the first name. Alternately, you can use their Unique ID. If you do not have the exact details you may proceed with the registration and later update the details by editing your profile

2.17 Why don’t I see the ‘Submit button’ to register?

You will have to accept the terms and conditions under role details section. ‘Submit Form’ button will appear only after you agree on the terms and conditions in the pop-up.

2.18 I did not receive the OTP on submit. What should I do?

OTP is sent to both your mobile and e-mail. Wait for at least 30 minutes after you submit the form. In case you still fail to receive the OTP, try to register again.

3. Workshops / Courses / Sessions

3.1 What is the difference between a Workshop, a Course and a Special Session?

A workshop is a single session. A course is a series of interconnected sessions spread over a month, a quarter, half year or a year. A Special Session is a one-off workshop but spread over a number of days / weeks on a current topic or event.

P.S. A Special Event can have more than one session – the topic is typically short term in nature. For example, ‘How de-monetization has affected the market?’.

3.2 Can I see the list of courses offered on Dronalaya?

Scroll down in homepage to see the most popular courses highlighted. You can also check out courses offered by a Pro when you select the Pro under Pro File tab. Register and login to search topics of your choice.

3.3 How many students can attend a Workshop, Course or Special Sessions?

Whether you attend a Workshop, Course or Special Sessions – the maximum number of participants is currently limited to 15 which would increase over a period of time.

4. Knowledge Seekers

4.1 How do I sign up on Dronalaya?

Signing up on Dronalaya as Knowledge Seeker is a simple 4 step process -

 

Step 1: Visit https://www.dronalaya.com and click on the ‘Register’ link on the upper righthand side

Step 2: Enter your personal information. Choose a Username and Password. Your email will be used for login in after registration

Step 3: Accept the Terms and Conditions and Submit form.

Step 4:  Use the OTP sent to your mobile (also sent to email account) and complete registration.

Congratulations! You are ready to ‘Grow your Skills’. You will get a confirmation mail with your login credentials on successful registration.

4.2 Where can I see the list of workshops?

You can find the list of workshops under ‘On Offer’ tab.

4.3 How do I search for workshops of my choice?

You can type your requirement in the Search field provided in On Offer/ My Pros page. You can also search from workshop list using one or more filter options provided.

4.4 Can I search for a particular teacher (Knowledge Pro)?

Yes. Just type the name in search field and you can find the Pro if he is a registered Knowledge Provider.

4.5 Can I set my own requirements for a particular area of interest / course for learning?

Yes. We would encourage you to enlist your area of interest / course preferences in the ‘My Preference’ list. We would help you connect with the Knowledge Pro or have the Knowledge Pro connect with you to help you Grow your Skills.

4.6 Can I Talk to a Knowledge Pro before enrolling for a session?

Once you have registered, you can talk with any Knowledge Pros during the specified chat time (online/offline) either through text or live. We would encourage you to do so before enrolling for the session. Click on the ‘Talk to Me’ link against the Knowledge Pro to book your session. ‘Talk to Me’ are free sessions.

4.7 How do I pay for a workshop on Dronalaya?

We have tied up with a secure payment gateway which provide options to pay online through credit cards, net banking, e-wallets, etc.

4.8 I do not have an online payment method, can I pay by cash, cheque or demand draft?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any other methods for payment except online.

4.9 I didn’t attend the workshop; how do I initiate a refund?

Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy at the bottom section of the page.

4.10 What type of workshops does Dronalaya offer?

Dronalaya offers all types of workshops from Music to Mythology, from Business Communications to Book Keeping, from Marathi to Mathematics, from Digital Marketing to Design, from Physics to Philosophy and many more.

4.11 How do I search for a workshop?

Dronalaya lists workshops by name, category and Knowledge Pros. You can filter or use the search engine to locate a workshop.

4.12 Can I find workshops that are scheduled only during the day / night / evening / noon?

You can use the time filter option in the left pane in ‘On Offer’ and ‘My Pros’ pages. Just click your preferred time slot and the listing is filtered to show the relevant workshops.

4.13 Can I filter the workshops by course price?

You can use the course price range option in the left pane in ‘On Offer’ and ‘My Pros’ pages. Just slide the bar to define your price range and click the price filter button. Listing is filtered to show the relevant workshops.

4.14 What does price range indicate?

Price range helps you define the minimum and maximum course prices within which you would want to search for workshops.

4.15 What does star rating indicate?

Based on their level of satisfaction, every seeker who attends a session gives a rating between 0-5, with zero being the lowest and five being the highest score to the course and Pro combination. The average of all such ratings is displayed beside the Pro indicating his / her popularity. You can filter the courses offered based on the star rating of the Pros who teach them.  

4.16 Can I search for a workshop based on multiple criteria?

Yes, you can search for workshops, courses or special sessions based on multiple criteria

4.17 My payment is done. But I cannot find the workshop in My Workshop Tab.

Only sessions which are due today will be listed under ‘My Workshop’ Tab. For all other workshops details, kindly refer to the ‘Session Records’ table under ‘In Session’ tab.

4.18 Where can I find the details of my booked sessions?

All your booked sessions will be listed in ‘Session Records’ table under ‘In Session’ tab. You will be able to view the course details and view/print your invoice for the payment done against that session.

4.19 I can’t find a workshop of my choice?

If you can’t locate a ‘particular’ workshop, send us an email at info@dronalaya.com and we will try and find a Knowledge Pro for you.

4.20 English is not my first language; do you offer workshops in other languages?

At Dronalaya, we believe in language convenience – our Knowledge Pros conduct workshops in all types of languages. Find the Knowledge Pro who best fits your requirement and book sessions with them

4.21 Is it possible to record the workshop while in session?

No, currently it is not possible to record a workshop while in session. However, you can download any notes uploaded by the Pro or any information added to the board during the session.

4.22 How do I schedule a workshop? How does it work?

When you select a Workshop, Course, and Special Sessions – you will see scope, batch timings, rates etc. If you like what you see, select and pay for the same. You are set. The workshop is added to your calendar. We will also send you 2 reminders - the day before the workshop and 15 minutes before the workshop. All you have to do is to log in and join the session.

P.S. Just in case the workshop you wish to attend is full, please submit your contact details in the pop-up form. You will be added to a waitlist and will be informed if a place opens up.

4.23 How do I reschedule a workshop?

Reschedule option is available for Special sessions only. For special session, you may request change of session and/or ask for enrolment into other session, course or workshop, in which case only 25% fee will be deducted as transaction charges. The rest will be available as credit in your e-wallet for booking the other session.

4.24 My Knowledge Pro is from other country. Will the batch time be displayed based on his input or my local time?

If the time zones of Pro and Seeker are different, in ‘Course Details’ pop-up, both Knowledge Pro’s local time and the corresponding time of Knowledge Seeker will be displayed.

4.25 How do I cancel a workshop?

All your booked workshops will appear in ‘My Workshops’ tab. You can cancel the booking any time before the first session by going to the My Workshop Tab and cancelling the session.

 

For a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly course, after the first session, you will have an option to opt out if you choose to. If the topic or teaching does not match your expectation, you can choose to cancel the booking and your payment will be refunded.

4.26 How do I keep track of my workshops?

When you register, and pay for a workshop, the workshop is automatically added to the ‘My Workshop’ section of your account. You will also receive an email reminder – a day prior to the workshop and 15 minutes prior to the workshop.

 

You can also track all your booked sessions in ‘My Tracker / My Calendar’ tab.

4.27 Can I meet my Knowledge Pro?

We advise you to meet your Knowledge Pro during the specified chat time (online/offline) either through text or live. Click on the ‘Talk to Me’ link against the Knowledge Pro to book your session.

4.28 Are the workshops certified?

Currently, the workshops, courses and Special sessions are not designed for certification. This will change in the near future.

4.29 How does a Workshop / Pro receive ratings?

Every Knowledge Seeker who attends the workshop / course / session is asked to rate the course and Pro combination based on the workshop content and the teaching ability. Based on this feedback a Pro receives an overall rating.

4.30 Is there a separate mobile application for the Knowledge Seekers?

Yes. We have a separate mobile application which can be downloaded onto your mobile. The same will be available shortly.

5. Equipment and Connectivity

5.1 What do I need to attend a session on Dronalaya?

To attend a Dronalaya workshop – you need

PC / Laptop

An audio visual enabled PC / laptop i.e. a device with a camera, microphone and speakers. You also need a minimum of 2MBPS or 2G internet connection. The system is optimized for Google Chrome as browser

 

Smartphone / Any other smart device

If you are using a Smartphone or ipad with Google Chrome or Android based OS, you require a 2G or higher internet connection. You also need a headset with inbuilt microphone to ensure that external noises do not affect the quality and clarity to the workshop.

5.2 How do I check if my system will support a workshop on Dronalaya?

On registration, Knowledge Seekers will find a link under ‘More’ tab to perform ‘System Health Check’.  This in-built tool on Dronalaya scans the system to help check the compatibility of browser, microphone, camera and internet connectivity for attending a workshop. In addition, every time to join the sessions, the system performs and auto check and will let you know if any of the requirements for attending the session is compromised.

5.3 What happens if my internet connectivity is lost?

If internet connectivity is lost - the system automatically tries to reconnect you with the Knowledge Pro. If your internet connection cannot be restored - a refund or workshop rescheduling is done based on the nature of the workshop as single, long duration or special session

5.4 What happens if the Knowledge Pro’s internet connectivity is lost?

If Knowledge Pro’s internet connectivity is lost - the system automatically tries to reconnect you. If the internet is down for an extended period – the Knowledge Pro is required to conduct the session again. If for some reason, you cannot attend the new session – you will be given the option of attending a session at a later date or your payment will be refunded based on the nature of the workshop as single, long duration or special session.

5.5 What if I experience disturbance in audio/ video in-between a session?

If you find any disturbance in audio/ video streaming during an ongoing session, refresh the screen. Any avoidable audio-visual issues will be resolved and you will be reconnected automatically. 

5.6 Can my browser time out due to inactivity during a session?

No. Your browser will not time out until the session is active.

5.7 What if I accidentally closed my session window?

If you accidentally close your browser tab, join session again from ‘My Workshop’ tab. Your connection will be restored.

5.8 Can I give my feedback on the Course/ Workshop?

Every Knowledge seeker that attends a workshop is asked to rate session and give feedback on the Pro based on the workshop content and teaching ability.

5.9 How can I report for inappropriate content in a Course/Workshop?

6. Knowledge Pro

6.1 How to sign up as a Knowledge Pro on Dronalaya?

Signing up as a Knowledge Pro on Dronalaya is an easy 5 step process:

Step 1: Visit www.dronalaya.com and click on Register link on the upper righthand side

Step 2: Enter your personal information. Choose a Username and Password.

Step 3: Choose to register as Knowledge Pro by selecting the checkbox. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Submit form.

Step 4: Use the OTP sent to your mobile (also sent to email account) and complete registration. You will be registered as Knowledge Seeker by default and your application for Knowledge Pro will be reviewed by our Admin team.

Step 5: Within 3 working days, your account will be activated and you will receive confirmation through SMS/ mail.

6.2 Why should I wait for 3 days to activate my Pro account?

It is important for us to keep a check on authenticity of the Pros registering on our website. In the best interest of the seekers, we are morally bound to review the profile of all users who wish to register as Pro. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

6.3 How do I get started as a Pro?

Once your Pro account is activated, a new link ‘Knowledge Pro’ will start appearing on the top of screen along with your ID and user name when you login. Click on the link to reach the Profile page of Pro pages. Once you submit all required details in the

6.4 Why do I need to provide my Bank details?

Dronalaya requires your bank details for financial transactions. Please provide proper details to help us with quick payouts.

6.5 Why are my Aadhaar/ PAN / Service tax details collected in personal information?

Aadhaar / PAN number is collected for authentication purpose. Hence, providing it is mandatory. However, providing your Service tax number is not mandatory. If you opt to share it, our team could help you with tax/GST calculation for your payouts from Dronalaya.

6.6 What type of qualifications do I need to teach on Dronalaya?

Dronalaya does not require its Knowledge Pros to be certified teachers. We only require you to be subject matter experts – in the subject you are teaching.

6.7 Do I need to a teacher certificate to teach on Dronalaya?

No, you do not need a teacher’s certificate to teach on Dronalaya. However, it would help to build your credentials.

6.8 What is the payment structure on Dronalaya?

Dronalaya does not impose a payment structure. It is up to each Knowledge Pro to define the cost of each workshop, course and Special sessions.

6.9 How much commission does Dronalaya charge me?

Dronalaya charges a 20% commission (+ 18% GST) per Knowledge Seeker per workshop, course and/or Special sessions. So if the fees is INR / USD 100, you will be charged 20 + 3.6 (18% GST) and the balance INR / USD of 76.4 will be transferred to your account.

6.10 Do I need to pay Dronalaya per session or per student?

You do not have to make a separate payment to Dronalaya each time you conduct a workshop, course and/or Special sessions. The Dronalaya commission is deducted at source before payout.

6.11 What is your payout schedule?

Dronalaya follows a 15-day payout schedule, as follows:

All payments received before the 15th will be paid out between the 15th and 17th of the month and

All payments received between the 15th and 30th of the month will be paid out between the 1st to 3rd of the next month.

6.12 What is the minimum amount to trigger a payment?

There is no minimum amount to trigger payout to the Knowledge Provider. A payment is triggered on all amounts larger than the transaction charge. For example, if you have earned INR / USD 300 and the transaction charge is 20% +18% GST which in this case is INR / USD 60 + 10.8 (18% GST), then you will receive a payout of INR / USD 229.2 during the next payment cycle. 

6.13 What do I need to conduct a Dronalaya workshop?

To conduct a Dronalaya workshop – you need

 

PC / Laptop

6.14 Is there a separate mobile application for the Knowledge Providers?

Yes. We have a separate mobile application which can be downloaded onto your mobile. The same will be available shortly.

6.15 Do I need a dedicated internet connection to conduct classes on Dronalaya?

No, you do not require a dedicated internet connection. The minimum internet connection is 2MBPS or 2G. Our only requirement is that the internet connection is reliable as mid-session failures lead to re-scheduling of classes or payment refunds especially in Single Sessions.

6.16 What happens if the internet connectivity is lost?

If internet connectivity is lost - the system automatically tries to reconnect Seeker to Provider. If the internet is down for an extended period – you will be required to conduct the session again for all the attendees. If for some reason, the Knowledge Seeker cannot attend the new session – he will be given the option of attending a session at a later date or will be given a complete refund.

6.17 What is the basic equipment needed for Dronalaya?

To serve as a Knowledge Pro on Dronalaya, you need to be an expert in a field. You need a computer with a working internet connection. You also need to register for a Dronalaya Knowledge Pro account. Beyond this – you only require any relevant teaching tools, for example a PPT.

We provide you with a Virtual Classroom that comes equipped with A White Board, Writing elements and chat features.

6.18 How does a Dronalaya workshop work?

Dronalaya is an online ‘real time’ learning platform, where you can list your workshops. These workshops can be Open or Personalized i.e. You can list the workshop and anyone interested in attending can register.

An Open workshop may have 2 Seeker Registrations or 15 Seeker Registrations. All who register, will login and attend the ‘live’ workshop. Typically, they are planned as single sessions for a future date which allows people to evaluate and register.

A Personalized workshop is Seeker specific. This type of workshop may have a single Knowledge Seeker or multiple Knowledge Seekers. The key difference is that this class is specially conducted at a time convenient for both of them. Typically, they are planned as single sessions for the current or next day which allows only the known people to quickly fill up the seats.

6.19 How do I list a workshop?

Click on ‘Knowledge Pro’ link to navigate to Knowledge Pro Dashboard. Select ‘Add Course’ under ‘Manage Course’ menu. Fill in the required details and Submit.

6.20 I am unable to add a course. There is no submit button in the page.

Check if you have filled up the mandatory details under ‘Add Work Profile’ page. Unless your work details are updated, you will not be allowed to add a course.

6.21 How do I set up workshop guidelines?

You will be able to define all required guidelines for a workshop from ‘Add Course’ link in ‘Manage Course’ menu.

6.22 Can I offer more than one type of workshop?

Yes, you can. You can list workshops in multiple categories. The only condition is One Knowledge Pro – One Account i.e. multiple individuals cannot teach multiple subjects using the same account.

6.23 I don’t speak English fluently; can I still teach on Dronalaya?

Yes, you can. You do not have to be speak English to be a Dronalaya Knowledge Pro. You have the option of teaching in any language of your choice. You only need to specify that the workshop will be in the said language.

6.24 How many students can attend a workshop?

The maximum that we would permitted to attend the sessions would be 15 to start with to ensure proper attention. Knowledge Pros can also conduct personalized ‘one-on-one’ sessions.

6.25 I’m moving, how do I change the timing of my workshops?

Go to ‘My Profile’ link under your user name on the upper right-hand side. Under ‘Contact Details’ section, change the time zone corresponding to your new location. The system will display the current workshop time corresponding to new time zone. Now change the time as required. Your seekers will see the time based on their time zone.

6.26 How can I get feedback/suggestions on my Workshops from Knowledge Seekers who attended?

Based on their level of satisfaction, every seeker who attends a session gives a rating between 0-5, with zero being the lowest and five being the highest score to the course and Pro combination. The average of all such ratings is displayed beside the Pro indicating his / her popularity. You can filter the courses offered based on the star rating of the Pros who teach them. 

6.27 Can I edit / delete my course?

You will be able to edit / delete your course under Edit Course link in ‘Manage Course’ menu. However, if even one seeker has signed up for the course, you will not be allowed to delete or amend the prices. However, you may be allowed to change the batch timing.

6.28 English is not my first language; do I have to conduct workshops in English?

No, you do not have to conduct workshops in English. At Dronalaya, we believe in language convenience – you can conduct your workshops in whichever language you are comfortable.

P.S. You can conduct the same workshop in multiple languages if you are bi-lingual or a polyglot.

6.29 In what languages can I teach on Dronalaya?

There are no language restrictions. You can teach in any language you wish.

6.30 How do I set a language in a workshop?

You will be able to select the language for a workshop while you add a course under ‘Manage Course’ menu.

6.31 Can I conduct a workshop on my phone?

Yes, you can conduct a workshop on your phone. Please make sure it has a working camera and microphone to ensure Seekers can view you clearly and communicate with you easily. You should also have a reliable internet connection that is 2G or higher.

6.33 How to use Screen Sharing during my session?

A Google link is provided in your ‘Add Course’ screen to download the extension for screen sharing. You can also visit Google browser and search for ‘Knowledge Pro Screen Share’ link to add the extension to your Chrome. For now, just click here Knowledge Pro Screen Share 

6.34 Where can I see my session history?

You will be able to see all your completed sessions under ‘Session History’ menu of Pro pages.

6.35 Can I get a summary of the sessions conducted, total participants, amount earned, Service Tax / GST payable?

Yes. Everytime there is a booking for any of your sessions, you receive a confirmation SMS and email. Apart from this, if you have provided your Service Tax / GST number, the invoice for each payment a made available under your session details tab. In addition, on the dashboard, you will get to see the entire payment history for the reconciliation purpose
